Hello, again, all -
It has been a while since I have written. Much is continuing to happen as is related on the latest newsletter. Please check it out at our website and sign up if you haven't already. Awards to Blackford and Rush Counties in Indiana as the first "Certified Winning Communities" as recognized by the Association of Indiana Counties will take place on March 28 at their legislative conference. And in the community of Tremont, Illinois, great progress is being made in their Vision and Action Plan.
I will be visiting the Indiana Chamber of Commerce Executives winter meeting March 15 and 16.
As I am writing this, I am reminded about the role of leaders. Those people who represent those communities that are listed above, first must lead themselves. Make the right call daily. It takes courage to take a risk, but is very much worth it.
